TREGO operates on a subscription-based model. Please note that all payments made to TREGO are non-refundable.
No Refunds
Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused time, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
Billing Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue using the Service.
