These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TREGO, including the TREGO website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using TREGO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About TREGO
TREGO is a software platform operated by TREGO Technologies, providing invoicing, quotations, receipt tracking, booking management, financial insights, and related business tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use TREGO.
3. Subscription & Pricing
TREGO is offered on a subscription basis at a fixed price of R249 per month. There are no additional fees unless explicitly stated.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Paystack. TREGO does not store full card or banking details.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use TREGO for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
TREGO is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. TREGO Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TREGO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
